All payments for items purchased through the E.street online will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal as well as the Buy Now Pay Later option Afterpay (for Australian customers only). E.Street Gift Cards can be redeemed online and are subject to terms and conditions as contained on the card.

E.Street Clothing proudly offers Afterpay as a payment option for purchases. Afterpay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later via four equal fortnightly installments. Making a payment with Afterpay You can complete your purchase with Afterpay by selecting ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method at checkout and entering in your existing Afterpay account details or registering for a new Afterpay account. When paying with Afterpay, your first installment will be processed at the time of purchase. There is no minimum purchase requirement to use Afterpay, however maximum transaction limits apply to your Afterpay account, which may vary from time to time. You can check your personal transaction limit by logging into your Afterpay account. Afterpay may require ID Verification to use Afterpay as a payment option. For more information on this process please visit the Afterpay Website. Please note, Afterpay may impose late payment fees if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur a $10 late payment fee, with an additional $7 fee where a payment remains outstanding for a total period of 7 days. If you have any questions in relation to fees, payments or your Afterpay account, please contact Afterpay directly, as E.Street Clothing are unable to assist with enquiries relating to fees or accounts. Returning items purchased with Afterpay Purchases made through Afterpay are subject to the same Returns and Exchange policy as for purchases via other payment methods. Where you are entitled to a refund of your order, any remaining instalments left on your Afterpay payment plan will be cancelled, and the amount paid to date will be refunded to you directly by Afterpay. We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2pm AEDT weekdays (excluding Monday) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be shipped the following business day. Standard delivery is free for orders $150 and over. A Flat Rate of $15 per order applies for orders under $150. Once your order has been scanned by Australia Post or Star Track, you will receive your tracking number via email and further instructions on how to track your order. The tracking status on Australia Post or Star Track may not be valid right away but it will become valid when the parcel is in transit to you. When will my Click & Collect order be ready for collection? You will receive an email and SMS notification confirming that your Click & Collect order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Once you receive the 'Ready to Collect' notification, you can visit your selected boutique to collect your order Can someone collect my Click & Collect Order on my behalf? If you require your order to be collected by someone else, please contact our team directly to let them know that someone else will be collecting the order. Your nominated person will need to provide a copy of the 'Ready to Collect' upon collection. Are there any Click & Collect Fees? No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service. How long will the store hold my Click & Collect order? Your order will be held for 7 days at your from the date you receive the 'Ready to Collect' notification. If your order is not collected within 7 days of the collection date, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued. What happens if products in my Click & Collect order are out of stock once I have completed the purchase? All products ordered via Click & Collect are subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to ensure the availability of products you ordered, there may be instances where one or more products are out of stock.
